The room was not cleaned before our arrival. I found used towels from the previous guest still in the bathroom. The entire property seemed neglected and unwelcoming, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

Also, charging an extra $100 on my credit card for incidentals seemed excessive considering the state of the facilities.
